Michaela is curious about everything. She'll sit on the stool next to the sink watching me wash dishes and trying to help me (but usually adding to the mess). When we're cooking she wants us to hold her up so she can watch what is cooking. She knows that cooking means that things are hot, so she'll put her hand above (far above) the cooking food and then take it away and say "hot." The other day, she walked up to our neighbor's front door thinking that it was our house. When the neighbors came to the door, Michaela ran off.
